The waiting game...

Well we've had our medicals, been prodded and poked and now it's just another waiting game. We spent most of Monday afternoon going through all of the tests and examinations that are required, I'm sure taking all that blood in one go is just to check we're not wimps!! Once the results are back the doctor sends all the paperwork down to the Canadian Commission to be reviewed. If they are happy with it all they will issue us with our visas. I can't believe that in possibly a months time we will have those little slips of paper that we have been working towards for the last 3 years - it's a bit overwhelming!

On a different note, I started Weight Watchers on Monday (glutton for punishment!). It's taken me a couple of days to get used to the counting of every little thing that goes past your lips but after a disastrous first day (over point allowance by 5 points!) I'm doing ok and not feeling too deprived, granted it's only day 3 but I'm trying to be positive!!

Right off to print some photos for the Leeds Paper Dolls crop on Saturday which will be a good laugh!

Bye for now
Hx
